I love these pots and pans east to clean great to cook nothing stick without oil it’s a great investment highly recommendThe best pot and pan set I every purchase!! I so recommend these. Easy to clean and nice to cook with.Best set I have ever owned. I have a gas range. The nonstick is the best. This is the 3rd set of pans I have purchased, always looking for a better all around set (last set was Iron Clad $300 set) this one is way better. Make cooking and clean up fun again. Can't say enough.I bought this set in early 2020 and loved it at first. They were non-stick and great to cook with. I followed all instruction as far as no high heat, no metal utensils, etc. I also only hand wash my pans and have never put them in the dishwasher. Unfortunately, over the last 6 months or so, the pans are no longer nonstick and some of the top coating is coming off on the pots. The handles also do get hot, about halfway down. Which isn’t always a problem for me as I tend to grab higher up the handle but just forewarning others. This is a great set, but not long lasting unfortunately.I purchased these at the end of 2019 and use them regularly. They have held up nicely and continue to retain their non-stick ability. I see no signs of chipping or pealing, like I do with the black non-stick coating I am accustom to with other pans.I am sold on copper pans over traditional non-stick. I had also purchased some stone cookware and these are outlasting those so far.The egg pan is a little large for making egg for my bagel sandwiches, and definitely too large for normal sized bagels found on grocery store shelves (Aunt Millies, Sarah Lee, etc.). There is about a half an inch of over hang on these smaller bagels, but still works. This is the piece of the set that I utilize the most often. The lids seal decently on the pots and pans. They have a vent hole to help prevent boil over and lid rattling as pressure builds.I have never utilize the monster pot and have no opinion on it, other than it takes up a lot of space in my cabinet.Update: after leaving this product review, the company sent me a mailing asking to connect with them about their product for a full refund. After connecting with Hannah, they were able to refund me 100% for the set. I can appreciate a company standing by their word, and by doing their best to satisfy a customer. I have added two stars to this review, and because of their satisfaction guarantee, will look at other products they have.I was impressed at first with how these pans were performing and how well the non-stick feature worked on our pans but after about a month the non-stick feature was wearing out and now things stick like crazy on them. I didn't even get an entire year out of them! I'm so mad that I'm stuck with these and out of my money. Hell, one of my 10 year old pans make food stick less than these do. WTF!? I don't recommend these pans at all. Look elsewhere.First, and probably the reason you stopped to check them out, they are really beautiful. I got the silver with the orange interior. I was nervous at first because when you unpack them, they come with special scrubbing pads and a bunch of felt liners. I thought, "Oh my Gosh! These are going to get trashed by my use!". They are ceramic so you do have to pay attention and take care. That doesn't mean that you can't use them! USE THEM! I have and they are really great. I have an electric cook range and these heat very even and cook well. The very fist time I used them I couldn't get them clean. I cleaned them with a Mr. Eraser (or the enclosed scrubbers) and after that first washing, they have been perfect. Clean out spotless. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS that come with them they talk you thru cleaning and care. I store mine with felt liners. Yeah, that's a bit odd - I'm used to just tossing them in the cupboard. But after the first few times, you get used to it. Nice selection of items too! Take care of them and they will cook up well. Again, BEAUTIFUL too. I get a lot of compliments. The material cooks the food so well. The food cooks evenly and meat browns well. They are dishwasher safe but I think I'll just handwash. There is something satisfying about how easy they clean that they don't need to go through a dishwasher. You can use everything in the oven except for the tiny egg pan. When you use these on the stove, the handles of the lid get kinda hot but that is the only negative. And they tend to scratched you're not careful and use metal on them. The pans are super lightweight, more than I thought. Great for my tendonitis so that was a nice surprise. The set also comes with cleaning sponges specifically for this material and pads for storage to keep them from scratching.I definitely recommend this set. I was looking to get ceramic or stainless steel but they were out of my price range for this time in my life. These are amazing quality for the price!Update: a year and a half later, the pans are still going strong. Except for the large sauté pan. That one for some reason lost its unstickiness so I need to use oil on that to cook anything really. But otherwise, the entire set is doing well and has not suffered much damage considering I'm a klutz.
